John 16:33

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Jesus is honest about trouble and triumphant about its end: He has overcome the world.

Lord, trouble is real, but so is Your victory. Give me courage and peace in the middle of it.
