Faith in the Bible is less “believing hard” and more “walking anyway.” Hebrews 11 defines it as confidence in what is hoped for and assurance about what is not seen — and then immediately tells stories of people who acted on that confidence while seeing nothing.

These verses cover faith's whole range: its definition (Hebrews 11:1), its source (Romans 10:17 — it grows by hearing), its practice (2 Corinthians 5:7 — walking by it), and its smallness being enough (Mark 9:23 — “I believe; help my unbelief” is an honest prayer, not a failed one).

A useful way to read this set: pick the verse that names where your faith currently is — wavering, growing, or holding — and sit with that one rather than sampling them all.
