And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

What this verse means
Forgiveness is commanded on the basis of how much we have been forgiven.

Lord, I have been forgiven much. Help me pass that kindness on — especially to one person today.
