What this verse means

Life moves in seasons; the hard one you are in is not the final one.

Lord, help me trust Your timing. Remind me that this season, too, has its purpose.

1To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

3A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.”

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;”

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”
